   Decent benefits (won't even match 401K though despite their stock going parabolic through pandemic)

   -Worst upper management I've ever dealt with both as an employee and a consumer. Non prepared to be a publicly traded company. Still very much runs like a private business organisation (and poorly so) -No financial security. The draw organization they utilize is specifically designed to keep y'all continually in debt to the company -Service departments beyond the board are completely incompetent -Managers will outright ignore customer problems forcing the sales team to have the burden of the aggression once it builds up -Hides finance terms/rates/payments as much equally possible -Overworks employees and underpays retail where they can't go reliable employees

   Pay was reviewed every yr if the location grew then you couldn't make more than previous year due to growth. Literally nothing work/life balance if you lot were at the dealership. Poor upper leadership. (Regional level and in a higher place) Constant changes with upper leadership/no tenured upper leadership. Poor training or lack of training from the corporate level down. Popularity contest focus instead of a result based focus with upper management and leadership.

   You get to meet new people every 24-hour interval. Yous tin can salve coin on a gym membership with the corporeality of *fast paced* walking you do everyday! Fairly friendly work surroundings. Great discounts on products in the store! Health insurance is pretty expensive simply it's really good.

   Have to work weekends. Commissions are awful. You lot piece of work for next to nothing. Recoverable Depict System. You lot have to pay the company back the money yous earned from the hours you worked from your tiny commission check. The Service Section is awful. At to the lowest degree at my location. Upper management is horrible. They accept no idea what they're doing and they have no regard for their employees. Yous're only a number to them.

Immediate management is whatever the store can hire as the word is out about this company around the manufacture, worst of worst are hired. HR will not get your benefits correct nor your taxes, did not withhold my state taxes as example. I could continue and on but y'all go the picture.
